Tarraf Construction, Inc. self performs carpentry, cast-in-place concrete, and demolition utilizing a union work force under the lump sum, GMP, design-build, and construction management at risk type contracts. Most recently, we have established a satellite office in Rapid City, South Dakota, and have been selected as a construction management at risk contractor for the Minneapolis Public Housing Authority.

Experience & Capabilities

Tarraf Construction, Inc. has the great fortune to have a very experienced staff. Most of the management team through the field have 20+ plus years of experience in the construction industry. We have experienced design teams that we partner with to achieve the client’s vision from conception to completion while maintaining the integrity of the budget and the timeline. In addition, our bonding capacity is $4 million per project with an aggregate of $7.5 million dollars.
